Growing Leaders - Career Success
Chair: Everett Wilson
CDE Night 2025 Summary: Provide a fun and engaging event for members to try out different activities and build a general understanding of each CDE. Objectives: Build background knowledge of each CDE and help decide on an event to build upon.
Growing Leaders - Healthy Lifestyle
Chair: Megan Keller
Line Dancing Event Summary: Providing a fun event for the FFA Members and Community members to come together and participate in. Objectives: 1. Provide line dancing lessons for people who do not know how to line dance. 2. Provide a welcoming environment for community members. 3. Host a fun activity with the goal of bringing people together.

Officer Leadership Adventure 2025 Summary: Newly elected officers come together to plan the future FFA year and gather information for the POA. Objectives: 1. Plan the POA for the year. 2. Bond with the other officers to form a good team relationship. 3. Plan meetings and other events ahead of time.
Growing Leaders - Personal Growth

Meeting Reflection Questions 25-26 Summary: Posing a reflection question at the end of each meeting to promote self-reflection among the members. Objectives: 1. Have each officer share their answers to the questions. 2. Let the members talk about their answers in their groups. 3. Ask for volunteers to promote a "safe sharing" space.
Growing Leaders - Scholarship
Chair: Megan Gemmill
Green Hand Night 2026 Summary: First-year members who have applied for their greenhand degree will attend workshops before they are awarded their degree. Objectives: 1. Teach these members about FFA and the importance of the degree they are receiving. 2. Host a ceremony when the awards are given that parents and family members can attend. 3. Have a lasting impression on the award members so they will have the drive to get another degree in the future.
Building Communities - Citizenship
Chair: Megan Gemmill
Senator's Breakfast 2026 Summary: Attending a breakfast while listening to local legislators talk about ag topics. Objectives: 1. Speak to legislators and ask any questions about local topics. 2. Present ourselves well as a chapter. 3. Practice active listening when the legislators are speaking.
Building Communities - Economic Development
Chair: Megan Gemmill
Delta Sign Cleanup/Beautification Students will work with the Delta Clean and Green committee to plan a landscape for the signs in Delta. We will then get members out to clean up the area around the signs and meet with the committee to discuss the proposed plan. Finally, we will plan an additional day to implement the plan. Our objective is to beautify the historic Delta signs while also working with the local committee.

Painting Bird Houses for Barn Posts/Putting Them Up 2026 summary:Putting together team work to help add decoration to the barn. 1.Paint the bird houses. 2.collect tools to be able to put them up 3.put the bird houses up in the barn.

Backpacking @ Fawn Community Church 2025 Summary: Stocking bags with food supplies for the students at local elementary's. 1. Contact church about the event to verify. 2. Inform members of the community service event to ensure help. 3. Pack all bags with the correct amount of supplies and deliver to each of the schools.
Building Communities - Stakeholder Engagement

MASH Night Summary: Provide an informational and fun station/set up for the elementary schoolers at Delta Elementary School. Objectives: 1. Educate students and parents about the FFA. 2. Interact with students and parents and answer any questions they may have regarding our table. 3. Provide hands-on activities for the students to complete at our station.

School Board Presentations: Summary: We will present a presentation to the school board. Objectives: 1. Strengthen their knowledge of FFA updates. 2. Updates on trips. 3. Ask for support

Elementary School Readings Summary: We will read an ag-related book to elementary students. Objectives: 1. Increase interest in FFA 2. Increase exposure for ag relations 3. Positive Impact in the community
Strengthening Agriculture - Chapter Recruitment

8th grade Ag presentations 2026 Summary: FFA officers will plan and present an activity about FFA to 8th-grade science classes in the spring, recruiting and helping to better prepare them for the upcoming year. Objectives: 1. Help students navigate their course selections for the upcoming school year. 2. Teach them a little about the FFA so they can learn about how to join our club if they are interested.
Strengthening Agriculture - Safety
Chair: Samantha Schaefer-Souder
Ag Safety Presentation at a Chapter Meeting Summary: The chapter meeting will feature a representative from Progressive Ag Safety, who will discuss safety and lead an activity for members. Objectives: 1. Increase the knowledge of Ag Safety for our members. 2. Spread awareness of the risks in agricultural industries.
Strengthening Agriculture - Support Group
Chair: Madalynn Lawrence
FFA Alumni and Supporters Barbecue Summary: The FFA will host a barbecue for our alumni and supporters to get a chance to bring these people together and show them how much we really do appreciate their support.
